This is the first mixtape off a new series from a young rapper from boston. He goes by the name of "DRASTIC". The mixtape is entiteled "Youngest In Charge" because it is comprised of material that was written at the ages of 15, 16, as well as 17. Drastic the was 17 at the time of release. In this mixtape Drastic demonstrates why he is the youngest in charge, seeing how his city is not really known for its contributions in hip-hop he hopes to change all of that. He also lets his OFFICIAL ENT. (O.E.) family get alot of shine on this mixtapes with guest appearances by one of the origianal members of O.E./ his very own cousin Yung Gem, E-nyce, and C-Matik.
