Could the co-operation between Sweden and Tunisia be evaluated in 1999. This was the question posed to me.
Yes, it could, but the reason why Sida and Tunisia did not carry out the evaluation requires a few pages which I will write elsewhere.
The issue of pricing water so as to benefit the poorer consumers had been addressed by the Govt of Tunisia. Something for my Mozambican friends to learn from.
This video is mainly of interest to people associated with the co-operation at that time.
