Paolo Maldini was born on June 26th, 2008 and it an Italian footballer. He has spent his entire career in Milan, and on December 16th, 2007 won the FIFA Club World Cup over Boca Juniors, which he then announced that he would retire at the end of the season, but later stated that he may reconsider his retirement.

He played left back position the majority of his career. After 2002 he moved into the centre back position. He is one of the Fifa 100 (125 greatest living players), has been name as one of The 100 Greatest Players of the 20th Century - World Soccer Magazine, and has won many other personal and professional recognitions.
