It's been just over 18 month's since the birth of Sheffield's Spoonjuice Records Mp3 Record Label, lovechild of a collective of Sheffield musicians fronted by Rob Cohen, a person who has long been a supporter of the Sheffield music scene. "We have had an interesting ride over the past couple of months, the label has evolved in it's thoughts, ideas and approach to how the industry is going to work for us as a collective independent label. There are quite a few things in the pipeline, and hopefully we will be having a few more bands join our roster, including Flakey Nimrods and The Natural Born Hackers!" Rob said. Spoonjuice Records have found their biggest ally, with regards to helping spread the word and music of the label, is by using exactly what the rest of the Record Industry is saying is killing the industry: file sharing....
