Dogs Playing and Recycling Water

This man is an inventor and very creative. He has developed a small scale sewage system and is using the water to grow flowers and vegetables. - Perhaps an idea for areas with scarcity of water? - But as the saying goes: "The Road to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions", I will try it out on a small scale in Mozambique.
The first part of the move my dog Chispa is playing happily with a new friend.
