Josef SUK (1874-1935) was a pupil of Dvořák, and then, became his son in law. Not much knowned outside his country, his music, typically Czeck has great qualities (a mass, symphonies, symphonic poems, lot of chamber music…) Those 2 pieces are the second volume of 4 pieces.
