Parkour is one thing, freerunning another. Flips aren't part of parkour because they do not assist in achieving optimum efficiency in moving from A to B. Freerunning obviously takes note of aesthetics of movement, but not even near as much emphasis on efficiency as in parkour. Nice video otherwise.
