"The water cannon was rolled out for the fist time in Ireland on Mayday 2004. We decided that it would be a good idea show video activists how to make a simple affordable DIY Camera Rain Jacket. All you need is a strong plastic see through bag, a screw on lense or filter and a scissors.

The process takes about a minute and it will allow you to film in light rain or dusty environments."
