Oliver a young mute boy has been sending anonymous love letters to his beautifulblind neighbor for as long as he can remember. One night a local bully " the Lord" sees Oliver delivering a letter and decides to move in on oliver's crush. Oliver must now face his fears and find his voice if he;s eve going to win back his love.
