even though i'm gonna tick alot of people off i'm gonna give this a 'so so' rating
I mean, if you seen this a couple hundred times on youtube you've seen them all, besides this is more 'freerunning then parkour', i think its supposably the samething
but to me free running is just doing acrobatic wushu stuff.
parkour is the stuff where you can get to amazing heights by running up or bouncing off other walls, like the african guy on 'casino royale' the movie
if you want real parkour without the gimmicks download the "UW06.mkv" file on the vuze page
