That was a working recording made in 1976 for an incoming broadcast of that work. Lekeu is a great Belgian composer (pupil of Franck and Chausson) who, inspite of his premature death (aged 24) in 1894 in the town of Angers (France), managed to write a good number of masterpieces.
That one was dedicated to Ysaÿe, as a thanks to his encouragements, and in fact became one of the works that Ysaÿe played as much as he could around the world. In turn passionned, or elegiac, but never indifferent... it follows totally Ysaÿe's concept of great art : "nothing that wouldn't have as a goal emotion, poetry, heart".

But, unfortunately for the moment, the texts are still only in French (but music goes over that border isn't it !).
