Recently, the world was afflicted by one of the worst natural disasters, the Tsunami in Southeast Asia. The Tsunami was the cause for many lives lost, homes destroyed, and families torn apart by death. From fires, mudslides, floods, earthquakes and volcanoes, NATURAL DISASTERS shows how fragile the human lifeform is on earth. Natural Disasters takes a close look at the aftermath of these tragedies showing how human spirit plays a major role in the rebuilding process. From villages showered by lava in Cape Verde, to dilapidated building structures from the Northridge earthquakes, and flooded streets in Austria. The footage shows how the lack of warning from these impending disasters was the reason the destruction was so severe. It also shows how impossible it is to predict these violent events.
