This movie has been produced by our HDV Sony Camcorder (1920x1080i). A wmv file was first encoded before uploading.
VLC is a good mkv player, don't forget to choose a 16/9 aspect ratio in the setup menu.

There are two religions in Japan: Shinto and Buddhism (Zen).
So in Kyoto we have visited a Shinto Shrine where we could hear typical rattle bells and meet Shinto priests with their young attendants: a boy light blue dressed and a girl with a red skirt.
The same day we have visited one of the most important Buddhist temple in Kyoto. One can hear a munk repeating tirelessly : Amida, Amida,.. Amida ibeing one of the names given by Japanese to Buddha.
