Gilles BianRosa Gilles BianRosa
Chief Executive Officer

Gilles BianRosa is the Chief Executive Officer of Vuze, Inc. As CEO, Gilles is driving the evolution of the company from the popular, award-winning peer-2-peer application to a global distribution and exchange platform for high-resolution digital content.

Prior to Vuze, Gilles was with McKinsey and Company in Palo Alto, California, where he led mission-critical initiatives related to product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for venture- backed and "academy" technology companies including Microsoft, HP, BEA, SAP.

Prior to McKinsey, Gilles was instrumental in the launch of Vivendi's media and services Internet platform for health professionals. Early in his career, Gilles founded MileStone, a software company serving the retail industry.

Gilles is a frequent speaker at leading industry events in the US and Europe.

Gilles holds a MS in Computer Science from EPITA School of Engineering in Paris, and an MBA from Harvard University in Boston.

Olivier Chalouhi Olivier Chalouhi
Chief Technology Officer

Olivier Chalouhi is the CTO of Vuze, Inc. After graduating from the French Aeronautical and Space school Supaero in Toulouse, Olivier held various project management positions in the software industry working closely with partners such as Orange MIB and IBM. In June 2003, he initiated the Open Source project Azureus.

Today, the Azureus Application has been downloaded more than 140 million times, consistently earning it the rank as most active project on the global open source repository Sourceforge, where it was also elected "Project of the month" in August 2004, and "Best Overall Project" during the 2006 SourceForge community awards.

Jay Monahan Jay Monahan
General Counsel

Jay Monahan is Vice President and General Counsel of Vuze, Inc. Prior to joining Vuze, he was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Intellectual Property, for eBay Inc., the world's leading online marketplace. A member of the eBay Legal Department from 1999 to 2007, he managed litigation and intellectual property matters for the eBay companies, and, among other things, was the architect of eBay's worldwide copyright compliance program (VeRO) and assisted in the development of countless product features and marketplace policies.

Prior to eBay, Jay was Vice President, Worldwide Anti-Piracy for Walt Disney Pictures & Television (1993-99), where he managed anti-piracy activities relating to all forms of Disney's filmed entertainment. He also spent five years as a high technology litigator with firms based in Palo Alto and Los Angeles.

Jay is a 1987 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1981 from the University of California at Berkeley.

VP, Sales

Dru Montgomery is Vice President of Sales for Vuze, Inc. Ms. Montgomery joined Vuze in June 2009, and brings with her over 18 years of sales & management experience across events, sponsorships and print & digital media with technology & entertainment vanguards including Softbank, Ziff Davis, CNET, Future Networks, Heavy.com & Variety.

Ms. Montgomery has successfully developed and executed a wide variety of advertising programs across multiple platforms for many of today's leading advertising clients & agencies. Prior to joining Vuze, Ms. Montgomery was Managing Director of Online Sales at Variety, leading digital efforts for the venerable Hollywood icon. Before Variety, Ms. Montgomery was both a top performer and key member of sales management at visionary video start-up, Heavy.com. Prior to joining Heavy, Ms. Montgomery worked for nearly a decade in both print & digital sales in the Gaming / Electronic Entertainment arena, representing industry-leading properties like EGM, PC Gamer, Official US PlayStation Magazine, Official Xbox Magazine and Gamespot.com.

Ms. Montgomery holds a Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University.

Milan Parikh Milan Parikh
Chief Financial Officer

Milan Parikh brings over 17 years of finance, accounting, HR, and operational management experience to Vuze, Inc. His experience spans a variety of industries including entertainment, wireless communications, Internet, and enterprise software, and has been involved in over $200 million in public, private, and debt equity financings.

Prior to joining Vuze, Milan was Chief Financial Officer of Sonim Technologies, Inc. He has also held various financial management positions at venture-backed start-ups AlterEgo Networks and Prio (acquired by Infospace in February 2000) and also at publicly-traded companies Pixar Animation Studios and Electronics for Imaging. Milan began his career at Price Waterhouse, where he earned a credential as a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeff Rowe Jeff Rowe
Executive Producer

Jeff Rowe is Executive Producer at Vuze, Inc. He is responsible for managing the company's content strategy and the Vuze HD Network.

Rowe has extensive creative businesses experience across the media spectrum, including Internet, broadcast, cable television and radio. Before Vuze, he served as CEO/President of Lat34, an AOL backed internet venture. Prior to that, Rowe spent four years as a senior executive at AOL where he programmed the AOL Network and developed a comprehensive planning and scheduling process that improved the consumer experience and maximized ad revenue. He also helped develop and launch the AOL-joint venture, TMZ.com.

Before AOL, Rowe was General Manager of the Tribune Co.'s Zap2it.com. Previously, Jeff spent six years at NBC where he held a variety of programming and development roles including overseeing "Saturday Night Live," "Late Night with David Letterman" and developed the now industry-standard prime time seamless split screen credit format. Rowe also served as head of Programming at VH1.

Chris Thun Chris Thun
VP, Marketing and Product

Chris Thun leads the Marketing and Product teams at Vuze. He brings over 12 years experience in hi-tech product marketing, with a core focus on Internet products and software reaching hundreds of millions of people.

Prior to Vuze, Chris was Director of Product Marketing at Yahoo!, where he spent over 5 years developing and growing world-class online products. He has also held various marketing and product strategy positions at Apple and Mercer Management Consulting.

Chris holds a BA from Williams College, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Ken Breit Ken Breit
Sr. Director Content Operations

Ken brings over 20 years experience in successfully delivering high technology products and services to a global market. His experience includes a wide span of technology ranging from enterprise networking and management to carrier grade mobile communications and digital media processing. At Vuze he is responsible for all aspects of content delivery, encoding and publishing.

Prior joining Vuze, Ken was Principal at Breit Consulting assisting his clients in a range of services that included strategic product delivery, technical design and due diligence. Prior to Breit Consulting, Ken held VP of Operations positions at Sonim Technologies, Riversoft, Acta Technology and Visionael. His start-up experience includes 5 companies, successful IPO and acquisitions with IBM, Micromuse and Business Objects.

During his career Ken has successfully managed the global deployments and support of carrier grade wireless client / server technology, B2B data warehousing, enterprise network hardware and management. His experience also includes digital media system design, engineering and production.

Christophe Gillet Christophe Gillet
Director Of Product

Christophe Gillet is the head of product and user experience of Vuze, Inc. Prior to joining Vuze, he was a Senior Global Product Manager for eBay Inc. While at eBay, he led product initiatives to create a tailored shopping experience for consumer electronics, a $3.6 billion dollar industry on eBay as well as led product for eBay Stores, the largest turnkey solution for online stores. His features received praise by the eBay community including Markdown Manager, which was voted as the best feature launched by eBay from 2005-2007.

Prior to eBay, Christophe was the Lead Senior Product Manager and Business Analyst for New Business at Ipreo, where he sold, created and managed robust Equity Capital Markets software packages for both Citigroup and Lehman Brothers, leveraging his years of experience as a Derivatives Trader for Optiver Derivatives Trading, Inc.

Christophe holds a BA from Columbia University.

Tamara Rothenberg Tamara Rothenberg
Head of Business Development

Tamara Rothenberg brings to Vuze a decade of Entertainment, Games and Digital Media leadership experience. As VP of Studio Development at games publisher Brash Entertainment, Tamara directed IP acquisition strategy and relationships with Hollywood filmmakers and executives. She also helped launch News Corporation's televised eSports league Championship Gaming Series, overseeing worldwide integrated media programs with Dell, Pepsi, Microsoft and IGN.

Prior to News Corp, Tamara founded the games department for Omnicom's leading marketing agency Davie-Brown Entertainment and launched and executive-produced original shows for AT&T blue room gaming. The AT&T blue room won a Webby and the Web Marketing Association's Webaward for Outstanding Achievement in Website Development.

Tamara has also developed film and television projects with management clients through an overall company TV deal with Warner Brothers Television. She began her career at Creative Artists Agency and has served on the executive board of the Jr. Hollywood Radio and Television Society.

Tamara graduated from Emory University with a BA in Psychology and is currently pursuing an MBA with the Wharton School.
